Since November 2023 we have established a collaboration with the famous starred Chef Bernard Fournier who uses part of our structure as a cooking laboratory to offer his customers very high quality products, such as the very famous Mulard duck Foie Gras, which can be found in many flavors, home-smoked salmon, confit duck leg, various delicious jams and many other products that can be purchased or enjoyed upon reservation.
